Order Tracking

Incorrect Address
🏠 Please double‑check your shipping address before placing your order. Soulz is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately — once the order has shipped, we cannot make changes.
Lost or Stolen Packages
📬 Soulz is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim. We will assist where possible.
